1. Payment Information
Toliru accepts payments via PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through the PayPal payment gateway. All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
When placing an order with Toliru, you are responsible for ensuring that all payment information you provide (card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address) is accurate, valid, and complete. By providing your payment information, you authorize us, or our third-party payment processor, to complete the transaction for the total amount of your order.
2. Pricing and Taxes
Product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of sales tax. Toliru does not collect sales tax on any orders shipped within the U.S. The final price will be shown in your shopping cart (Final price = Product price + Shipping cost). Please note that you, as the customer, are solely responsible for any applicable local sales or use taxes, duties, or other levies imposed by your local government authorities where you reside. These are not collected by Toliru and are your sole responsibility.
Toliru reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, for orders already placed (before any price changes), the price will remain as it was at the time of order.
In the event of a pricing error due to a technical fault, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any orders placed with the incorrect price.
3. Payment Processing
An order is considered successfully placed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. After completing the payment steps, the transaction will be recorded and confirmed almost instantly. The amount will be deducted from your card/account and appear in our PayPal account in real-time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we detect invalid payment information, signs of fraud, or violations of our terms.
4. Fees and Additional Charges
Toliru does not charge any additional fees for payments made via PayPal or credit/debit cards.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 will be added to your total order value in the shopping cart. You can find more information in our Shipping Policy.
5. Payment Security
We are committed to using industry-standard encryption technology, such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), to protect your payment information during transmission. We do not directly store your credit/debit card information on our systems. Instead, we use secure, PCI DSS compliant third-party payment service providers.

We will refund the full value of your order (including shipping costs) to your original payment method for any defective orders due to our error. Actual processing times vary by provider: typically 3–7 days for PayPal, and 7–10 days for credit/debit cards.
